Hoshi a Chef de Parte started his carrier as a Chef 34 years ago with the most reputable chain of Hotels in India THE TAJ MAHAL. He gradually worked his way up and by 1993 was working for the Hilton group of Hotels in Bahrain. His culinary skills soon landed him a job with the Renaissance Dubai as Chef de Parte, where he worked till 2002 when he decided that New Zealand was the place he finally wanted to settle down in. His knowledge in food ranges from Continental to European to the Middle Eastern and of course his all time favourite, Indian. Being highly self-motivated, well organised and having the ability to work effectively under pressure soon landed him a job with the Stamford Hotel in Auckland.
His passion for food is shared by his wife Maharukh and together they have started the catering company, Sensational Seasoning which has been up and running for the past number of years.
